Health Awareness Day – Saturday August 21st 2010July 2010 The Patient Participation Group (PPG)in conjunction with Heath Lane Surgery is holding a 'Health Awareness Day' event at the Methodist Church (Wood Street) on Saturday August 21st 2010 between 9am and 12 noon. This is a free event and all are welcome. There will be the opportunity to have your blood pressure checked, learn more about diabetes & smoking cessation, speak to the doctors about how we could improve access to practice services and meet with your PPG representatives See the poster about the event by clicking here >
