Retirement of Dr GreavesMarch 2011Dr Greaves will be retiring from Heath Lane Surgery during April. Dr Greaves joined the practice in May 2002 after a long and varied medical career. Over this time Dr Greaves has built up a very loyal following of patients. The partners & staff at the surgery are very grateful for all her hard work and wish her well in her retirement as I am sure her patients do too.

Patients who usually see Dr Greaves will initially revert back to being on the list of the Doctor they are registered with, but are free to choose another doctor if they would prefer. Please discuss with the reception team.
